Account & Data Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@lixor.ai from your registered email address
  2. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide your full name and confirm your account email
  4. We will process your request within 30 days
  5. You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including inventory records and reports, will be permanently deleted.
