By downloading, installing, or using the Lixor mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Lixor regarding your use of the App and related services.

Description of Service

Lixor is an inventory management application designed to help businesses track, manage, and analyze their inventory. The App provides features including:

• Inventory tracking and management

• Barcode scanning and product identification

• Multi-user collaboration tools

• Reporting and analytics

• Data synchronization across devices

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with or without notice.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Upload malicious code or harmful content

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of your inventory data. We provide tools to export your data and will delete your data upon request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitations and Disclaimers

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Data Accuracy

While we provide tools to help manage your inventory, you are responsible for the accuracy of your data. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on data in the App.

Third-Party Services

Our App may integrate with third-party services (such as barcode lookup APIs). We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIXOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Lixor and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App without our express written permission.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
