Bellevue, WA — February 25, 2026 — Lixor, the voice-first bar inventory platform, today announced the release of Version 18, introducing Sequential Counting and Lix AI Assistant — two features that fundamentally change how bars and restaurants manage inventory.
With V18, bartenders arrange their bottles once to match their physical shelf layout, then count every time by simply walking the bar and speaking levels out loud. No barcode scanning. No typing. No clipboard.
Sequential Counting: Arrange Once, Count Forever
Traditional bar inventory requires scanning or manually identifying every bottle during every inventory — a tedious process that takes hours and ties up staff. Lixor's Sequential Counting eliminates that entirely.
During initial setup, users arrange their bottle order to match their shelves using one of three methods: Photo Arrange AI (snap a photo of your shelf and let AI identify the order), Chapter Ordering (organize bottles into named sections), or manual drag-and-drop. After that one-time setup, every subsequent count is just walking and talking.
"The first count takes a few minutes of setup. Every count after that is just walking your bar and saying levels," said Tony Corneto, founder of Lixor. "We've had bar managers tell us they went from three hours to under 45 minutes."
Bottles appear on screen in exact shelf order. The bartender walks left to right and speaks naturally: "Tito's, 0.8. Ketel One, full. Hendrick's, 0.2." Lixor's voice AI captures every measurement in real-time.
Lix: A Generative AI Assistant for Your Bar
V18 also introduces Lix, a generative AI assistant available on every screen in the app. Lix knows each bar's actual data — inventory levels, variance, pour costs, sales trends, and team performance — and provides answers specific to that venue.
Bar managers can ask questions like "What should I reorder this week?", "Which bottles have the highest variance?", or "How's my pour cost trending?" and get immediate, data-backed answers.
Lix also serves as a built-in help desk. Users can ask how to use any feature, start inventory, configure their account, or troubleshoot issues — reducing the need for external support documentation.
Team Inventory and Manager Review
Lixor V18 continues to support team inventory, where multiple bartenders count different sections simultaneously on their own phones. Everything syncs in real-time with no duplicates. Managers track live progress from the web dashboard and review completed counts before finalizing.
Now on Android
V18 marks Lixor's expansion to Android, making the platform available on any smartphone. Previously iOS-only, the Android launch opens Lixor to a significantly larger market of bars and restaurants.
Three Measurement Methods
While voice inventory is the primary workflow, Lixor also supports AI photo analysis (snap a photo of a bottle for an AI-estimated level) and Bluetooth scale measurement (connect any compatible kitchen scale for exact-weight precision at ~$25). All three methods are available depending on plan tier.
Pricing and Availability
Lixor V18 is available immediately on iOS and Android. Pricing starts at $59/month for Essentials (solo voice inventory), $129/month for Teams (team inventory, AI analysis, scale support), and $219/month for Premium (POS integrations, variance reports, unlimited users). All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with Teams-level access — no credit card required.
