Bellevue, WA, October 6, 2026. Lixor, the bar inventory app that bars count by voice, today released an update built around one idea: when Lixor is not sure, it asks. Bartenders walk the shelves and say what they see, such as "Tito's, point six," and Lixor records the bottle at that level. The new release makes every count easier to trust.
What's New
- Hear exactly what you said. Tap Hear it on any line to replay your own words before you save.
- It asks when it is not sure. When a bottle name is close, Lixor asks "Did you mean...?" and the bartender answers out loud.
- It remembers what your team calls each bottle. Pick the right bottle once in the review, and next time that name counts it.
- Say your shelf in order, once. Say the bottle names one after another, and Lixor walks the shelf in that order from then on.
- Move or copy bottles between areas right from the phone.
- Made for the iPad too, with a wider layout in portrait or landscape.
Voice counting works in seven languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Japanese. Lixor also counts offline and syncs when the phone has a signal again.
"An inventory is only worth something if you trust it," said Tony Corneto, co-founder and chief product officer of Lixor. "So Lixor plays back anything you said, and when it is not sure, it asks instead of guessing. You walk the bar, say what you see, and the count is right."
Built by Bartenders
Lixor was founded by Tony Corneto and Scott Wilson, who bartended together in Seattle in the late 1990s. Scott has run restaurants across Seattle and Bellevue for almost 30 years and is General Manager of Cantinetta Bellevue. All five restaurants in the Cantinetta Restaurant Group count their inventory with Lixor. Tony tended bar at the Ritz-Carlton in New York City before spending more than 18 years leading product design. Read their story at www.lixor.ai/our-story.
