Pricing for UK pubs and bars
Every plan is priced in pounds sterling for a bar in the United Kingdom. A new account starts with 30 days free at Teams level, and no credit card is needed. Counting stays free of extras: the app, the web dashboard and Lix are in every plan.
- Which plan suits a single pub?
- One person doing the count usually starts on Essentials. If the landlord, the manager and a deputy all count, Teams includes up to five users, and anyone who only needs to look can be a free view-only user.
- Do I need an EPOS system to use Lixor?
- No. Counting needs only a phone. An EPOS matters for Premium sales, variance and pour cost: Toast is live in the United Kingdom, and for another system you tell us and we connect it.
- Will it work down in the cellar?
- Yes for a solo count. Open the area with a connection first, then count with no signal. Team counting needs the internet.
- Can a landlord count and the bar manager review?
- Yes. On Teams, the person counting works on the phone while the manager reviews the numbers on the web dashboard, and roles set who may do what.
